You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Each order that you make to Wild Viking Clothing is a separate order and each is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Each order you submit will be a separate and binding agreement between you and Wild Viking Clothing with respect to the supply of Goods, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

An Order is placed with Wild Viking Clothing electronically through the Wild Viking Clothing website at www.wildvikingclothing.com.au using the form provided on that website.

Wild Viking Clothing may refuse to accept your Order, or refuse to deliver the Order, at its full and absolute discretion. This could include if your location is outside of the standard delivery areas of its postage provider.

You agree to furnish correct information to Wild Viking Clothing to facilitate the fulfillment of the Order by Wild Viking Clothing. Wild Viking Clothing may use that information for any purposes that are appropriate to make delivery of the purchased products to you.

You agree to check the information you have provided in the Order, including the product you have selected, and sizing. If you select a product by error, and this is sent to you, any replacement or refund is at the complete discretion of Wild Viking Clothing.

You agree that the pictures on the website are indicative of the actual product and are not pictures of the actual product you will receive. Any and all aspects may differ from the pictures including shading, colour and design. Any accessories or individuals shown in the picture are for illustration only and are not for sale unless otherwise indicated.

If any of the information provided to Wild Viking Clothing is inaccurate or incomplete, Wild Viking Clothing will not be liable for non-delivery or delivery to the wrong location.

When you place the Order, you have agreed to purchase the Products in exchange for the price on the website at that time, plus any applicable delivery fees and tax at that time. You are not able to withdraw that Order without the consent of Wild Viking Clothing. Delivery fees and taxes are charged per Order, and are not consolidated unless products are purchased via one Order.

Pricing is provided in Australian dollars and conversions are undertaken using calculations undertaken by either credit card providers or via PayPal.

If an Order is being sent outside of Australia, GST will not be charged and you are liable for any taxes and charges imposes by the country that the Order is being delivered to. Wild Viking Clothing accepts no liability for these taxes, fees or charges. This includes any customs fees that may be levied upon you.

Order Issues: In the event of any issues with an order, Wild Viking Clothing will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer via email, text, or phone. Should Wild Viking Clothing be awaiting a response from the customer regarding the issue, we shall not be held liable for any delays in meeting the original shipping timeframe. Nevertheless, the order will continue to be prioritised for processing as soon as the required information is provided by the customer.

Some Products may not be available at the time that you request them. While Wild Viking Clothing will use its reasonable endeavors to supply the goods as quickly as possible, Wild Viking Clothing reserves the right to delay shipment of the Product until it is available. Wild Viking Clothing will make all reasonable endeavors to contact you in the event that this occurs to notify you of the situation.

Any currency conversion fees or rates used to determine the amount you pay for the Goods is determined by your credit card provider or Paypal. We are not liable for any difference between the Price quoted on the site and the actual amount charged to you for the Goods as determined by the fees and conversion rate used by your credit card provider or Paypal.

Any deal on the site will be honoured if done so within confines of the offer and must be done within the same transaction. Wild Viking Clothing reserves the right to deny any offer if this obligation has not been met.  

Wild Viking Clothing uses delivery agents to fulfill its orders. You agree that the shipping and postage times taken by the delivery agents are reasonable. Wild Viking Clothing accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

You agree that any representative receiving the goods on your behalf has done so with your prior approval.

Wild Viking Clothing accepts no liability for any loss or costs associated with the use of the information on this website. Nothing on this website implies any warranty or undertaking given by Wild Viking Clothing in relation to any matter including the operation of the website, content, materials or Products.

You agree to indemnify Wild Viking Clothing (including our related companies and our and their directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors) for any loss or damage any of the foregoing suffer in relation to the use of the information on this website.
